Charnley's home and garden- The Bakehouse
Charley's has a fantastic garden centre and homeware store within walking distance of Chequers Lodge. They also have an amazing café called The Bakehouse. They have brand new specials specials every week, homemade cakes and of course everyone’s favourite Charnley’s classics. If you are wanting a delicious lunch, coffee & cake or an afternoon tea with friends they definitely have something here for you. Free onsite carpark available too.

The Chocolate Room
Their new café is now open in Dalton-in-Furness, serving Hot pastries, breakfast buns, Granola, scones, Sausage rolls, chorizo hash browns and lots more. They also stock chocolate gifts, hot drinks, doughnuts and macaroons.

The Golden Ball
This is a fantastic local pub with welcoming staff, fantastic atmosphere and great beer. Quiz night is on a Monday, Thursday is Karaoke night, Friday is Darts night, Saturday Live Music and Sunday is Free pool. It is within walking distance from Chequers Lodge.
